You – or any authorized TalentStudio user – can easily create or modify performance or competency questionnaires. TalentScope makes the competency appraisal process easily and flexible. Simply select the Appraisal Management tab at the top of the TalentStudio home page to get started. Next, determine whether or not you want the employee to perform a self appraisal, and then you appraise the employee. As these steps are completed you can run reports, gap analyses, highlight training needs, and create an individual development plan.
