Reports

Any number of reports can be created and either kept private, published to everyone or published to specific user groups. Creating reports is so easy your managers can do it without additional training. Regardless of where the data is entered into the system, our reporting engine can use it. You can combine information from data fields, views, questionnaires, appraisals or anything else in the system into one report. You can also easily create cross-tab, summary, tabular, organizational, graphic or metric reports. Once created, you can drill down into other reports or directly to the data view or questionnaire where it originated. The ease, speed and flexibility of this process make this an invaluable tool for your managers.

Metrics

Metrics are used to analyze data against either a longitudinal perspective or they can dissect any group of information. Metrics can be used as a field within reports or you can create a metric based report, which displays summarized data based on selected groupings. You can run the summarized report and directly drill down into a detailed report as well as drill directly to the source of the data, regardless if that is a data field, questionnaire or another metric.

Scorecards

This report type enables you to quickly and easily determine where best to focus your energy. You can use the typical three color stop light approach or you can design your report using any colors appropriate to you or expand the number of categories to better meet your requirements. Scorecards can use data from all system areas so relevant information is always at your fingertips.
