Darwin W. Hanson has over 20 years of leadership in a career that combines strategic human capital planning, compensation design and information technology development and consulting. He has been involved in more than 100 consulting assignments and responsible for the sale of more than 200 software systems. Mr. Hanson has been responsible for projects on behalf of Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., ABN AMRO Bank, Dow Jones and Company, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, General Electric Capital Corporation, University of Miami and United Health Group.  Darwin has served as Vice President, Technical Services, for Northgate Arinso, and National Practice Leader for Compensation Technology at Ernst & Young.
