Solange Charas, VP Global Pre-Sales, is a Senior-level HR professional with a focus in helping organizations optimize their investments in HR programs and specifically align HR strategies with corporate strategy. She has deep experience in the following HR areas: performance management, talent management, recruiting and retention, training and development, organization effectiveness, change management, strategic compensation and benefits design, international and expatriate compensation, employee relations, legal and compliance, due diligence support; post-transaction integration strategy development and implementation; negotiation support; change of control, reengineering, bankruptcy and work-out consulting.

Ms. Charas’ prior corporate experience includes being the Chief Human Resource Officer for Praetorian Financial Group, Benfield Group, US and EuroRSCG. Her prior consulting experience includes 6 years in the public accounting field at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young as a National Practice Leader and Director International Compensation Consulting Services, respectively.

Ms. Charas holds a Certificate in Negotiations from Harvard University, an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts from UC Berkeley.
