Tom Davies, Director of Sales, EMEA, Tom has spent twenty years working in the software industry, the last ten in sales. He has worked with small, medium and large companies across many industries and understands the software market exceptionally well. Tom’s experience includes seven years with Ross Systems followed by ten years with Oracle. He left Oracle as a Business Development Director to embark on a new business venture. He joined TalentScope to head European sales at the beginning of 2007. Tom graduated from Portsmouth University as a Mechanical Engineer, has a technical MSc from the Open University as well as recently gaining an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management. He is also a board member of the Cranfield Management Association.
